Enquiries

When you request a demo or discuss a pilot, we collect the name, company, email address, interest and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting conversation. Please do not submit confidential project documents or sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Enquiries are saved in hosted storage supporting this website. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the site operator. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are also sent to info@has-ai.ie using Resend as the email delivery provider. Website delivery and storage use OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure the service.

Technical data and cookies

The enquiry endpoint uses a daily rotating hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical data or use cookies for their own operational purposes. Sign-in is required for the operator inbox, not for public enquiries.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry details for the period needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern about how your information is used.
